Project Summary

As a Project Executive for The HYM Investment Group, LLC, Mr. Bracken led the development of the 20-story luxury apartment tower located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role included forming a best-in-class development team, sourcing the financing for the project, overseeing the design and construction of the project and managing the disposition of the building. Despite a highly expedited schedule, this project was completed on-time and significantly under budget.
