Bracken Development, LLC, established by David Bracken in 2017, is a relationship-driven, highly focused real estate development firm. Bracken Development acquires, develops, and invests in mixed-use, residential, commercial, lab, hotel, sports complexes and retail properties across the United States. Employing a teamwork-based approach, Bracken Development strives for superior returns for investors while maintaining the utmost integrity and transparency on every project. The result of this teamwork application provides for meticulous management over the development process including design and engineering, financing, permitting, construction and disposition.
David Bracken is the Chief Executive Officer of Bracken Development, LLC. Mr. Bracken is responsible for driving the strategic vision and organizational structure of Bracken Development. Mr. Bracken oversees the design, planning, permitting, financing, construction, asset management and capital markets process.
Mr. Bracken brings extensive experience in all facets of the development process, which he cultivated during his tenure at prestigious companies including The Related Companies, LP and The HYM Investment Group, LLC. As the fourth employee at HYM, Mr. Bracken was intimately involved in growing the company and developing some of the largest projects in Boston. Mr. Bracken has participated in and led the development of over 16M square feet of retail, commercial and residential properties across multiple assets in Boston, Cambridge, West Palm Beach and Phoenix.
Mr. Bracken holds a MBA from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management and a BA in Pre-Architecture from Middlebury College. Mr. Bracken won 3 NCAA National Championships as a member and a captain of Middlebury College’s ice hockey team. Mr. Bracken was named Real Estate Forum’s 2016 “Top 50 under 40” and has been a speaker at multiple real estate conferences. Mr. Bracken sits on the Building Committee for the West End House Boys and Girls club in Allston, MA.
